Setting up your company profile on WindSketch is a critical step after creating your account and selecting a payment plan. Completing your company's profile ensures that all necessary information is accurately reflected in your documents and communications. Follow these straightforward steps to efficiently set up your company profile on WindSketch.
After logging into WindSketch, start by clicking on your profile picture located at the top corner of the dashboard. This action will navigate you closer to customizing your company's profile.
Once you've clicked on your profile image, select the "Settings" option from the menu. This will take you to the main settings view where you can begin entering your company's details.
In the settings view, you'll be able to fill out essential information about your company. This includes the company name, address, email, phone number, logo, and preferred currency. Make sure to click the "Update" button after entering this information to save your changes.
Next, navigate to the "Legal Info" section. Here, you will need to fill in your Tax ID and Contractor License Number. These details are crucial for legal compliance and should be updated by clicking the "Update" button.
Click on the "Set Margins" menu to customize the profit margins you apply as a dealer to the products you sell. Additionally, fill in the "Permit Fee" field if applicable, then click "Update" to save your preferences.
Under the "Custom Payment" menu, input details regarding the initial deposit, commencement, and final payment. These settings dictate how clients will make payments and will be reflected on the estimation documents. Don't forget to update your settings.
Lastly, visit the "Others" menu to fill out any remaining terms of the contract and set the percentage charged for using credit or debit cards. Updating these details ensures that all financial transactions comply with your company's policies.
