At WindSketch INC, we respect your concerns about privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how WindSketch LLC (WindSketch) collects, uses, and discloses your information. We recognize our responsibility to keep your information secure and will regularly review and update this Privacy Policy to reflect new practices or policies.
Scope of this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is applicable to WindSketch`s products and services, including related mobile and desktop applications (Services), WindSketch.com and other WindSketch affiliated sites (Websites), and all other interactions you may have with WindSketch. If you disagree with this Privacy Policy, please refrain from using our Services, Websites, or any other aspect of WindSketch`s operations.
This policy does not extend to third-party software or applications that integrate with our Services through the WindSketch platform, nor to other third-party products or businesses. Separate agreements dictate the delivery, access, and use of our Services, including any data provided through our Services (Service Data). The entity (like your employer) that agrees to this service agreement is in control of its instance of the Services and any related Service Data.
This policy covers Google user data that WindSketch accesses through its Google Calendar integration. The Google Calendar sections below govern our handling of that data. Google's own handling of your data is governed by Google's privacy policy.
How we collect and use your personal information
WindSketch gathers information about its visitors and customers. Typically, this information includes:
- Name
- Job title
- Employer name
- Work address
- Work email
- Work phone number
We use this data to offer services to prospects and customers. We don`t sell your information and only share it with third parties that facilitate our service delivery. Occasionally, WindSketch obtains personal data about individuals from third parties. This could include more details about your employer or field. We might also gather your personal data from third-party platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
Google Workspace API Data
WindSketch may allow users to connect certain Google Workspace services to provide user-facing integration features.
WindSketch uses information received from Google Workspace APIs only as necessary to provide the features authorized by the user. WindSketch does not use Google Workspace API data to create, train, or improve generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Google Workspace API data is not provided to OpenAI or other third-party AI/ML providers for model training or improvement.
WindSketch's use and transfer of information received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Users may disconnect their Google integration or request deletion of applicable data by contacting [email protected].
Access and use of Google Calendar data
When you connect your Google Calendar account to WindSketch, WindSketch accesses only the Google Calendar data necessary to provide the calendar integration you authorize. This may include calendar identifiers and metadata, event identifiers, event titles, dates and times, attendees, and other event information required to display or synchronize calendar events.
WindSketch uses this data to display your authorized Google Calendar events within WindSketch, associate the connected calendar with your WindSketch account, synchronize WindSketch appointments with Google Calendar, and maintain the information necessary to keep those calendars synchronized.
WindSketch does not use Google Calendar data for advertising, sell Google user data, or use it to determine creditworthiness.
Sharing and transfer of Google Calendar data
WindSketch sends data to Google Calendar only when necessary to provide the calendar connection and synchronization features that you authorize.
Our cloud hosting, database, and infrastructure service providers may process stored integration data on our behalf in the United States solely as necessary to operate and secure the WindSketch service. These providers may process this information only for the services they provide to WindSketch and are not permitted to use it for their own advertising or independent commercial purposes. You may request information about our current service providers by contacting [email protected].
Google Calendar events retrieved for display are associated with the WindSketch user who connected the Google Account. WindSketch appointments may be shared with their assigned attendees or authorized team members and may be synchronized to those members' Google Calendars when they have separately authorized the Google Calendar integration.
We may disclose Google user data when necessary to investigate security incidents, prevent abuse, or comply with applicable law or legal process. Any transfer of Google user data in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets would require the user's explicit prior consent where required by the Google API Services User Data Policy.
WindSketch does not sell Google user data or disclose it to advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers.
Protection of Google Calendar data
WindSketch uses HTTPS/TLS encryption for Google OAuth authorization and communications with Google Calendar APIs.
Access to connected calendar functionality requires an authenticated WindSketch session. WindSketch applies account-level access controls so that calendar requests are associated with the WindSketch user who authorized the Google Account connection.
OAuth access credentials and refresh credentials are stored on the server and are not included in calendar data responses delivered to the user's browser. Access to production integration data is restricted to authorized systems and personnel as necessary to operate, maintain, and secure the service.
WindSketch personnel may access Google user content only when the user has provided affirmative permission to review specific information, when access is necessary to investigate security issues or abuse, or when required by applicable law.
Retention and deletion of Google Calendar data
WindSketch retains connected-account information, Google Calendar metadata, OAuth credentials, and synchronization records for as long as the Google Calendar connection remains configured and the information is necessary to provide the integration.
Google Calendar event content is retrieved as necessary to display and synchronize events within WindSketch. WindSketch does not create permanent copies of Google Calendar event content beyond what is operationally necessary to provide the authorized calendar functionality. If event information is temporarily cached or stored for synchronization purposes, it is retained only for as long as necessary to provide that functionality.
Hiding or disabling a connected calendar does not disconnect the Google Account or delete its stored connection information.
To disconnect a Google Account, open the calendar selector in WindSketch and select Disconnect beside the connected Google Calendar. Disconnecting removes the calendars associated with that Google Account from the WindSketch integration, deletes the corresponding stored OAuth credentials, connection information, and synchronization records from the active database, and WindSketch attempts to revoke the associated authorization with Google.
You may also revoke WindSketch's access from your Google Account third-party connections settings. Revoking access directly through Google prevents WindSketch from continuing to access the Google Account, but it does not by itself delete integration information that may already be stored in WindSketch.
Disconnecting Google Calendar does not delete existing events from Google Calendar or appointments independently created and stored in WindSketch.
To request deletion of retained Google user data, contact [email protected]. We may verify your identity and authority before processing the request. If applicable law requires WindSketch to retain certain information, access to that information will be restricted and it will be retained only for the legally required purpose.
Use of the WindSketch Website
Similar to other websites, WindSketch`s website gathers specific information automatically, storing it in log files. This data can include IP addresses, the general location of your accessing device, browser type, and more. We leverage this data to better tailor our site to user needs and to identify visitor preferences.
Sample requests and local content
When you request a sample document, WindSketch uses the email address and optional phone number you provide to deliver the requested file, record the request in our customer relationship system, notify the appropriate WindSketch team, and follow up about WindSketch. Requesting a sample does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
After you explicitly enable both Analytics and Marketing, we may use city-level location inferred from your internet connection to decide whether verified local information is relevant. We do not request GPS access or store your precise coordinates for this purpose.
Cookies and tracking technologies
Please refer to WindSketch`s comprehensive Cookie Notice for detailed information on the cookies and tracking technologies we use.

These third parties may use your personal information only to provide services to WindSketch, including storage and specific AI functionality through OpenAI as a data processor. Occasionally, WindSketch employs third parties to relay information about our products, services, and events. To request the current list of our third-party processors, contact [email protected].
